Story bible popping up all the time

Hi,

The story bible popup should be placed somewhere else than in the project browser. Or at least it should be made less sensitive to mouse hovering or to reveal it on click, not hover. It pops up all the time, covers important files, and takes a lot of time to disappear. This should be an easy fix. An option in the settings could be easily made.

    story bible visibility behavior

    Hi. It is kind of annoying that the story bible keeps jumping up and down erratically when i hover my mouse over it. It would be great if there were chevrons or a button that could bring it up and hide it away when not needed. I always trigger it when trying to work on the chapter i am working on. There are control chevrons for almost every other part of the UI. This one is just doing its own thing, kinda spazzing out.
