story bible visibility behavior

Hi. It is kind of annoying that the story bible keeps jumping up and down erratically when i hover my mouse over it. It would be great if there were chevrons or a button that could bring it up and hide it away when not needed. I always trigger it when trying to work on the chapter i am working on. There are control chevrons for almost every other part of the UI. This one is just doing its own thing, kinda spazzing out.
