I wish there were a way to pull up the story bible alongside writing a chapter without losing the entire screen and having to scroll down. An example would be… maybe I can’t remember what a character’s favorite color is while I’m writing a chapter, but I know I put it in his character description. I’d like to be able to keep the story bible “pinned” next to the chapter in a split screen so I can easily see character information. Same for places, setting, worldbuilding, etc.

I suggested a Story Bible lookup that dumps the card into the chat sidebar. Highlight whatever you are looking for and hit search story bible.
I hate that when I need to jog my memory about something either in my outline or whatever that I have to essentially click out of the document I’m currently working on. I feel like if its in the story bible( i.e. im writing my chapter 14 but I need to reference some details from my outline) when i click on outline rather than taking me from my document either a split screen appears, or an overlay, or floating screen idk something that doesnt require me to flip back and forth between the two.
Open Story Bible navigation in a side column or popup
I would like to suggest the bible to be opened in a different column than the whole writing part, is really painful to scroll every time up and down to check the bible and then go back to writing, while having it on the side or as a overlayed pop up to recall when needed, would be better; saving much time.

So, it wasn’t just me wanting something like this…. I think a popup overlaying the chapter for quick edits or fact checking would be nice.
With the ability to do a full screen once you click a button, the best idea.

I requested something like this MONTHS ago. It really takes me out of my workflow to have to scroll all the time.

Story Bible, however useful is a bit clunky. The Outline is at the bottom and that is used constantly when writing the story. Why can’t chapter generator sit on top of Outline? Style and Genre, even Braindump and Synopsis- how often does one need to check on them? They could be called out by a button on the side (called Story Bible?). Worldbuilding and Characters could have their own buttons, and might be accessed more often. It’s a long string of entries to scroll through from generating chapter 12 to Outline’s chapter 12 for an update of chapter.

Make Story Bible and overlay or expandable box.
