Make Story Bible and overlay or expandable box.

I hate that when I need to jog my memory about something either in my outline or whatever that I have to essentially click out of the document I’m currently working on. I feel like if its in the story bible( i.e. im writing my chapter 14 but I need to reference some details from my outline) when i click on outline rather than taking me from my document either a split screen appears, or an overlay, or floating screen idk something that doesnt require me to flip back and forth between the two.
