Useless Assistance from HELP

Would it be possible to seek out Sudowrite specific instructions of how to do this, how to do that within the Help sections offerings and correct things that have changed or are are flat out incorrect? Eliminate the “loosey goosey” suggestions that end up leading no where or worse, to unintended result dead ends. I spent years doing exactly that for the NBC Program Compliance Department in charge of monitoring the honesty of broadcast game shows so I know that with some extra compulsive attention, it is possible to tighten up your offered assistance. You need someone with a mind like an attorney. Often I feel like I’m sitting at a scout campfire and one of the boys says “Hey I heard about this cool way to do this in Quick Edit. I’m not exactly sure but the host says we should poke around in there a bit.” What exactly do we get from that? Many times I have watched Sudowrite videos and followed the host’s suggestions and ended up looking for icons that no longer existed, directions leading to dead ends in the mists of imaginary and unknown jungles. Results like that take users like myself faraway from positive experience and lead to imaginary and useless answers if indeed they lead anywhere at all. I’ve spent hours looking for an icon in the top bar which would allow me to add new completed .Docx prose into new unnumbered chapters that would be placed prior to existing chapters in Sudowrite which I’ve completed, 19 of them. I requested help and heard nothing. I wasted time crashing the software and starting over, using other browsers, all to no avail. The imaginary box or icon to allow me to add a scene into a new chapter had disappeared but the frustrating help suggestions remain. How extremely frustrating!

SOMEONE PLEASE CLEAN UP THE HELP MESS OR YOU’LL LOSE YOUR FOLLOWERS TO OTHER SERVICES! It all reminds me of chronicled suggestions made by Nevada Mountains gold prospectors in the 1800s who would have gladly told you how they treated their swollen ankles after a rattler bit them: “Borax, engine oil and white vinegar, wait till it dries in the sun. It really works, sonny boy! Trust me.”
