Option to change default name/email address to post at the Feedback page

Several users have asked to change the name or email that appears on the https://feedback.sudowrite.com/ page, but there's no option to do it manually.

Sometimes, the name shown there doesn't match the one set in their Sudowrite account. Users are looking for more privacy and don't want their names or emails displayed publicly.
