Document Scrolling with Story Bible Turned Off

Currently, I only work with Documents and Plugins and I don’t use Story Bible. The problem is when I turn Story Bible off and it collapses, I lose the ability to scroll through a document using the bar on the right side. I can only scroll through the document using the mouse wheel after turning the Story Bible area off. It would be great if you could continue to use the vertical bar on the right side to scroll through a document.
