Consistent Disregard of Style and Extra Instructions

I am reconsidering my subscription with Sudowrite because your AI engine systematically completely disregards the very clear "Extra Instructions" and my "Style" that both mandate correct grammar and sentence structure, among other instructions.

Are you and your team able to address and solve this issue asap? I pay you all a significant amount of money every month, and I end up having to fix all of the disregarded instructions (listed below) for every single chapter.

Style:

Grounded spiritual fantasy; realistic dialogue; historical parallels. Texts are quoted dialogue with tags. Use affirmative language, US college-level grammar, prefer 5-6 sentence paragraphs starting with dialogue. Varied sentence structures. No present-tense words (now, this, ago, etc.). Relatable, atmospheric, and polished.

Extra Instructions:

3 Scenes; 1000 words per scene; 3000 words per chapter.
Past-tense only; avoid present-tense temporal dialectic wording like "ago," "here," "this," "now," "today," "yesterday," "tomorrow," etc.
* Text messages are presented in quoted dialogue form with speaker tags. (i.e. "Okay," Iris wrote.)
* Prefer affirmative language, avoiding the “no/not this, no/not that, but/just this other thing” style of writing whenever possible.
* Complete balanced sentences that do not begin with prepositions, each containing both a subject and a predicate, and all sentences varying between simple, compound, and complex but avoiding run-on sentences, with short punchy sentences only used in rare cases where thematic emphasis is clearly needed.
* Correct Grammar according to college-level English taught in the United States, including the use of "and" after the last comma in any list, with the intentional exception of speech patterns in dialogue.
* Correct punctuation, with a preference for periods, commas, and semicolons over dashes (dashes used only sparingly and intentionally for thematic effect).
* Dialogue is realistic and conversational, without a lot of “fluff” - the way people actually speak, and it is in line with each character's "Dialogue Style" listed in the Character Section of the Story Bible.
* Full paragraphs, with a preference for a length of about 5-6 sentences. Start new paragraphs when the speaker/actor changes, with the quoted dialogue first whenever possible.
* Tone is realistic spiritual fantasy, intended to use conversational tone and grounded realism, along with parallels to real historical events and mythologies, to make the reader feel at ease in the relatable “comfort zone” of everyday language, which helps them suspend disbelief in the spiritual and fantasy elements weaved in.
* The only deviations from all of the above are when the deviation is rarely and intentionally used and strategically placed specifically for thematic effect when clear emphasis is needed.
