I use Chrome as the internet browser and one of the tabs if for SudoWrite. I’ve just installed the extension: NaturalReader - AI Text to Speech and after some settings (who should speak and if I wanted to have more options (which I skipped)) and opened a document removing as much as possible that has nothing to do with the content. Started the text to speech and voila for free I can hear my own book. True it doesn’t read it out loud as I would do it, but it does the job well enough. There are bound to be other extensions like these and for other browsers.

It would be nice to have an Story reader / Voice reader with human voice for the chapter, while working in the project!
