Unexpected interactions with dropdown menus and tooltips

On the top toolbar:

• ✅ The “Write” and “More Tools” dropdown menus are dismissed when clicking outside

• 🚫 The “Rewrite” and “Describe” dropdown menus are not dismissed when clicking outside

• Also, not auto-dismissing the dropdowns on mouse-leave Rewrite and Describe causes the tooltip from one option to overlap the dropdown menu from the one next to it.

  

On the left panel, the Story Bible options:

• Appear on hover

• Are not dismissed on mouse-leave

• Are not dismissed when clicking outside

• Are dismissed when toggled off, toggled on again and clicking outside.
