Type to Find Plugin from Dropdown

Inspired by Lina— Add a search field to the top of the plugin dropdown (or some other sort of quick-entry text field) where you can begin to type the name of the plugin you want to use (rather than hunting and pecking from a super long list of installed plugins—which remains the case if you've manually reordered, if you have a lot installed).
