Too much repetition

1) I find Sudowrite uses the exact words and phrases repeatedly. I have to search for those words, see a list of synonyms, and substitute as many as I can for the repeated words. I don’t know why AI cannot figure out how often it has already used a word or phrase and altered the verbiage the next time it wants to insert that word. For instance, it takes hours and hours to fix a book of 40K words.

2) It starts almost every chapter with the lead character’s full name and him sitting at his desk, which is always made of the same wood. I want the chapters to begin with other actions or not include the lead character. The constant repetition of the lead character’s full name is tiresome and unnatural.

3) Because of the repetition of words, phrases, descriptions, and small summaries within each chapter, I had to edit and remove all sorts of stuff. Maybe I added too many apps or the wrong apps; I don’t know. But while I love the ideas it comes up with for me, I also have to spend far more time editing, changing, and deleting than I expected. Some help in these areas would surely be welcome.
