Toggle Hide/Show for all Story Bible elements

We can show/hide Characters and Worldbuilding elements, but we can’t do the same with things like Style and Genre. When Ryan suggested that Muse 0.5 works better without Style or Genre filled out, it struck me that it would be a lot easier to experiment with this if we could hide Style and Genre without having to delete the text and restore it later. Deleting/restoring things is a risky thing with my ADHD and other disabilities, so this would be great for accessibility.
