Summarize Doc Menu Option

I would love to have a menuItem under the three dots of a doc in the navigator that is to create a Summary doc.
(like Duplicate, but it creates a summary - and it swaps out chapter-continuity connections that were going out of the original file.)
(might be nice to see if the original file got edited - and the summary could be regenerated to take into account heavy edits)
