Subject: Refund Request – Language Incompatibility

Hello Sudowrite Support Team,

I recently subscribed to Sudowrite believing I could use it in Portuguese. However, after testing, I realized that the tool is not adapted to my primary language, which makes it impossible for me to properly use the service.

Therefore, I am requesting the cancellation of my subscription and a full refund of the amount charged to my credit card.

Please confirm the cancellation and let me know the expected timeline for the refund.
