Story Arcs and Scenes

The existing chapters seem more like scenes, so could we get an extra level of hierarchy- Act -> Chapter -> Scene.

A story arc then becomes a sequence of scenes spread through the book. So it would be nice if we could tag each scene with the story arc(s) it was part of. The saliency engine could use this info to pick the input scenes to prime the AI.

Then it would be nice if we could tag cards in the story bible with story arc info - more hints to the saliency engine. An All tag might be nice for cards as well.

Upshot? Better input to prime the AI when writing a story with multiple story arcs.
