specific milestones for story bible

It would be great to have option in story bible to mark the moment the AI looks into that. For example do not use before reaching chapter 4 or do not include in project titled… etc I have that issue writing series, using one story bible for all project in folder. But some of key events or lores hasn’t been discovered yet or should remain hidden in one story but appears in other. I have manually set it to “never use” while writing, but since story bible grows with each project it takes lots of time to check every entry now. Same happened to me using retrospections. I marked it in bible as Retrospection/event to be used after chapter 4 but even in guided writing AI often refers to that element. Again, I had to manually disable it.

It would be handy to be able to add exception of use. So far we have only automatically or never.
