Show "Other" plugin category

When creating plugins, we have the option of selecting “Other” as a category for plugins that don’t neatly fit into the other plugin categories… but there’s no way to view any of these plugins by their category like the rest of them. How many plugins are going unnoticed because there’s no way to easily view them?

The Other category should be clickable and browsable. Otherwise, the only way to find them is serendipity by search term or waiting for the All Plugins page to load hundreds and hundreds of plugins as you scroll down… which takes forever and has to be started over if the page freezes or otherwise gets refreshed.
