Series Folder - Tweaks/Upgrades

First, I love the series option. However, when I added books to the series, every minor character for all of the books showed up in my story bible.

Each book in my series usually switches between pov characters. While many characters remain the same, the world element often stays the same. It would be awesome if I could assign, like with a check mark, if each component were part of the entire series specific to each book, or even drag them into a list. This would allow me not to worry about minor characters, like annoying co-workers from the pov character in Book 1, from showing up in other books when their scope is limited to the book-specific plot, but still allowing the best friend & brother who are the POV characters in Book 2 to be transferred without the hassle.

Example:

Minor Character - Annoying Coworker - Entire Series, Book 1, Book 2, Book 3

POV Character - Entire Series

This should also be applied to world-building elements. Some settings are character-specific.
