Series Cross-Project Chat Capability

It would be nice if as a user writing a series, I could ask chat about content from another project in the same series.

Additionally, it would be nice if I could (@) specific chapters and projects as well.

For instance, “Chat, tell me what nick name that Tom used for Jerry in @bookonetitle @chapter5. “
