Selecting a default model

I find that I get consistently great output from one AI model (Sonnet 3.5) and consistently AWFUL output from two other models. When I go and select the Prose Mode via the Generate button, it would be great if I could just choose my favourite model and then let that ‘stick’ and become the default across all projects. I have accidentally wasted soooo many credits by not remembering to change from Muse
