Searching the entire manuscript

In stead of searching per chapter, it is sometimes more helpful to search an entire manuscript for places marked for inclusions or extensions. Currently it’s only possible to search per chapter, which forces me to select a chapter, wait until it’s loaded and start the search again. And again. And again. 30 chapters long…
