Rules for Sudowrite

There should be an account level setting that lets authors define Rules for Sudowrite—something like Cursor rules, or ChatGPT’s customization. This would allow certain preferences for generation to exist across projects, and probably reduce the number of places folks feel the need to instruct Sudowrite as to preferred output or style.
