Rewrite and use automatically buttons disrupt cursor placement

The rewrite and use automatically buttons that pop up in the character text boxes can be disruptive because they alter cursor placement. It is very annoying to click on a particular place in the text box only to have my cursor jump to another area because of these buttons. Furthermore I don’t see a good reason these buttons need to be in the box itself. They could easily be placed in the bar above the box next to the box description. It would probably be even better placed there so you could click them without needing to click the edit box.

Overall it just feels like poor design that disrupts the writing process.
