Remove the black tool bar that pops up annoyingly often

Feature Request

It gets in my way when I’m highlighting text, and I have never once used it. I would like to option to simply turn it off.

    I agree! I have occasionally clicked on it by mistake when I was trying to click on something else, and it’s cost me credits by doing something I didn’t mean to tell it to do.
