[I thought I’d added this months ago, but if I did, it’s not coming up.]
Dummy text is creating unnecessary hassles for plugin authors. We don’t need it or want it.
I guess the system prompt dummy text is fine, because it could technically work for any plugin, but the user instructions should not have dummy text, or should have dummy text that will not have any effect on a given plugin if the plugin author fails to remove it. Something like: Output this text: "Thank you for using this plugin."
And PLEASE get rid of the dummy text in the Run Test fields. Or have it so you can toggle it off with a check box so that if I want to see how a plugin will work without certain story bible entries I've included as variables, I don't have to accidentally run it with my example highlighted text and the incongruous dummy text, then have to delete the dummy text and try it again. This makes us have to run tests more than necessary, costing Sudowrite money. And it interrupts my workflow.
