Remove all special formatting from the Story Bible

Some parts of the Story Bible like Character and Worldbuilding traits and Chapter description support formatting including bold and italicized text, bullet point lists and paragraphs when you copy formatted text or Markdown (which is automatically converted into formatted text) into it, but outside shortcuts it doesn’t have a toolbar to actually control or change the formatting — which is particularly bothersome if you post in formatted text and try to normalize/remove the formatting afterwards.

I don’t like that Story Bible is using formatted text as it’s not supposed to be prose but supplementary text input for the AI language models. It’s particularly confusing because parts like Extra Instructions in Draft (which should more or less have the same purpose as the Story Bible) or the Synopsis don’t support formatting.

Please change this. It’s confusing.
