Ratings or reviews on plugins

I would love it if people could leave ratings on plugins—one star through five stars, say. It would be even more awesome if they could leave ratings AND written reviews. My best guess as to whether a plugin is any good right now is looking at how many people have added it. However, I have learned the hard way this is not always a good predictor of a useful plugin. So I’m left wasting credits trying out dozens of plugins to find one that’s actually good. If people could leave feedback on plugins it would be soooo helpful!
