Project thumbnail tooltip / description field

When hovering over a project folder on the dashboard (before opening it), I'd like to see a brief description of the story. This would be an editable field within the story so I can update it, initially a short summary when I create the project, and updated as I go to note where I am in the draft or what I'm currently working on. This would make it much easier to navigate between multiple projects without having to open each one to remember what it is, as I tend to create outlines of projects with my initial ideas and then go back to them at a later date.

I'd also like the option to sort projects on the dashboard — by date created, date last modified, title, word count, etc.
