Point of View Settings and Integration in Quick Edit

Currently, many of the writing tools are only partially integrated with the POV for the drafts or chapters/outline; sometimes the quick edit struggles for some reason with correctly writing the point of view even with instructions for it.

Sometimes, it spontaneously starts mixing second person and first person.
