Outline as Notecards & SplitScreen

For those of who are using the app mainly for the convenient story bible feature (and not so much for AI assists)… PLEASE, is there a way to make the story outline into a notecard view? It is so much easier to plan a plot when you can view the chapters as notecards and move them around. Right now we have to scroll vertically to add new chapters and ruins the flow of outlining.

Would also love to be able to open the outline next to the writing page (maybe in split screen or popup window) so I can scroll through it as I write and reference different elements.
