Notes and Ideas section

I want to be able to alongside each chapter, write notes for that chapter. Things like being able to keep track of ideas about what I might make happen instead or brief things I dont have time to address right now but I want to attach it to a particular area of text or a chapter so I can go back to it later without losing the idea or information.
