Note Pads

So after playing with Scrivener, I found a feature that I think sudo write could implant here easy, and it would take care of a request I know has been asked for in a few different ways. So when we have the cards to the right of the document. We have a place for History, and Favorites. Couldn't we add a button on that side and say (Note Card, or Note pad?) This way we could take notes we want to go back and edit in to a current document. Or even just next to the document we are working in, so that when we are done with what we are doing, we can take that list we may have added to as we wrote, so we can get those things done. I have many times when I have an idea I just want to jot down, but I say I will after I am done, so I don't have to switch the page out, and I stay where I am. This is partly my mind working far too fast for me to think, but I know it could help others too.
