More precise credit estimation, please!

In chapter generation, the credits used surpass at least 30% the highest estimation. If estimated credit costs says “14.000 to max. 20.000”, I can be sure to see at least 30.000 credits used. This is irritating as hell.

Please be aware that I do not mind the cost; this is not about credit anxiety, but about a more reliable estimation.
