More adaptable Draft formatting needed

Can you please change the Draft option so that it doesn’t automatically insert consecutive numbers when hitting Enter (to go to next line)? It’s very frustrating.

When typing what should happen IN Draft:

I just need to create points for the chapter, (but NOT as separate scenes), but Draft makes it to separate scenes because it automatically inserts numbers to indicate next scene, instead of just going to next line of the same scene.

When pasting what should happen INTO Draft:

I would like to be able to insert a plan for the scene with bullet points, without Draft converting those bullet points to numbers (when pasting), because it changes the scene parts to many numbered scenes instead, which just messes up the workflow.

I need a Draft where a scene can be described in parts, such as bullet points or scene part numbers (NOT numbers = scenes). Creating many scenes at once is too much, I need more granular control of generation of a single scene in Draft, with bullet points and/or numbers, preferably both, to distinguish parts of ONE scene.
