Managing Huge Story Bibles

A “Collapse All Cards” button, a search field for cards, as well as Custom Folders for worldbuilder entries would make the management of very large Story Bibles much more manageable.

Additionally, it seems like it would help with browser/processor load, in that Sudowrite currently tries to populate each open card when the editor opens, and with many open entries, this becomes a problem.
