Making Outline Better!

So let say I write a chapter outline, Ch1, then I can no longer use the generate outline feature. What I am proposing is being able to generate an outline based on what you have written in the outline and story bible. that way I could get ideas for Ch2, or have it write Ch2, then I Write Ch3 and Ch4, and It then writes Ch5, ch6, ch7 etc… Hope this gets implemented fast.
