There should be a way that the Act title can be listed in the chapter sidebar, instead of just the story bible outline

    You can jury-rig this by just making a blank folder as a stand-in and naming it the Arc. You aren’t forced to put anything inside the folder— though you COULD, if you later decide you want all chapters of that arc to be inside the arc’s folder.
