Lora and characters specified to chapters/outlines

The ability to specify Characters, or lore entries to specific chapters/outlines, as well as additional context, such as the characters role in the chapter, if a location is where the chapter takes place, or is spoken of, etc., a specific item and how it is used/involved in the chapter.
