Title: Feature Request: Track Location of Accepted Beta Reader Suggestions
Hi Sudowrite Team,
I’ve been getting great use out of the Beta Reader feature and personas like ‘Anton’, but I’m running into a workflow issue when actually incorporating their feedback into my manuscript. When I accept a suggested line number for where a certain paragraph should go, the highlighted paragraph disappears, and I have to hunt for it.
NOTE: This only happens when the suggestion recommends a new line number for a line of paragraph of text, i.e. ”This paragraph would work better if it were placed at line number 562”.
Currently, the feedback cards are great at showing the suggested text line number before I accept the change. However, the friction happens the moment I click accept. There is no visual indicator of exactly where that text was placed, altered, or moved to within the main document. I end up having to scroll through the chapter and manually hunt down the newly integrated text just to see how it flows.
It would be a massive help to have a way to track these accepted line numbers. Whether that is a toggleable line tracker so we can note the location before accepting, an auto-scroll that jumps the cursor directly to the newly accepted text, line number suggested, or a temporary highlight over the integrated section, a visual cue would save a lot of time and make the editing process much smoother.
