Import Outline Insert option

I would like to be able to add to an existing outline without obliterating it.

I create an outline - then I use troperator to create a mapping of trope stages across every chapter - I’d like to be able to add that per-chapter information into the existing outline without getting rid of the existing outline.

I also have a character arcs plugin that creates a special outline focused on the character arcs stages occurring across every chapter.

I also have a litrpg plugin that creates an outline of changes to character’s stats.

I want all this info interwoven throughout the outline, rather than living in worldbuilding cards where every chapter can see into the secrets of the full outline
