Highlight Items from the Story Bible in the Chapters

I would like it if in the chapter canvas, while I am typing, if I use a proper noun that exists in the Story Bible, it will be automatically underlined with some colorful line. If I place the mouse over the word, I would like to see a small popup card that shows details from the story bible. Additionally, a tab on the card that can show me other uses of that noun.

Example:

Billy Bob and Susan drove to the City Movie Theatre to buy some popcorn.

Billy Bob and City Movie Theatre exist in the story bible, so they become underscored. If I were to put the mouse over it, I’d get the popup.

Susan, not being in the story bible, wouldn’t get the popup or underscore at all.
