Freeform/Custom Outline Option

Currently, the outline function in the Canvas forces users into a small handful of outline templates built of established story structures. Some writers might be looking to write a more unconventional story that doesn't adhere to any of the common structures, and for them it would be useful to be able to build out custom outlines where they can simply create a timeline of events and story beats of whatever length they need.
