Folder and project dependance

If a folder is built, and it contains several projects, it should be possible to put them in a dependance order, so things that happen in a sonner project can get remembered and referenced without having to put it in the extra information.
Similarly, it should be possible to actually reference events (chapters) in the same project when a scene later relates to it.
