Feedback for error reporting in generated writing cards

Occasionally, the writing cards will be malformed in some way. Instead of getting the expected generation of text, the cards will contain part of or exclusive the prompt sent with no significant generation. This incurs significant credit costs when it happens even if the cards are supposed to be rate limited to a 50 words; Basic mode at 200 words and 3 cards resulted in 5,400 credit charges, and all three cards were cruft.

There are no obvious UI/UX elements for reporting these issues, and I do not think that thumbing them down is adequate to address the problem or flag the issue for QA.

There should probably be a mechanism somewhere for sending credit charges to review.
