Feedback Developmental Section Ignores Key Details

In the Feedback section, the Developmental option does not recognize my tense directive in the Write settings → Key Details section:

Third person present tense. Maintain present tense throughout.

Always makes suggestions in past tense adding edit time and creating opportunities for me to miss all the fixes. The other sections of the Feedback tab seem to pay attention to the key details directive.
