Export Chapter Continuity-linked docs to single Word doc

There have been previous requests to export a full project to a single Word doc.

This request is similar but a little different. I’d like to be able to export all documents linked by Chapter Continuity (and only those documents) to a single Word doc, with the docs appearing in the order specified by the Chapter Continuity feature.

This way I can easily get a copy of my book’s manuscript (without also exporting documents in my project that I used for notes, etc.)
