Descriptions of characters

I find categories like feel, smell, touch etc to be too limiting, and I really don’t think adding my character’s smell very appropriate. Would like to see more ways we could describe them: look on their face (anger, surprise, fear, boredom, romantic, monotone, laughter), movement of their body, way they use their hands, how they touch their hair, the way they walk, the way they sit, their choice of wardrobe in that instance, the look of their hands, the way they act in that moment, and such to be far more helpful and interesting than their cologne.
