credit usage and refresh date

I would very much like to know when my credits fill up without having to check the date on which my subscription expires sometime next year. I am often out of credits, whenever I have time to write I use them up even if it’s on dumb stuff, because I don’t want to run out and waste them.

Even when I am not yet out of credits - the overview should just show the date on which it gets filled up again. I have a full time job and I’m a full time parent, and there are other things that need doing when you have a life, I don’t always have time to write on a regular basis. Sometimes it’s just bursts on a rainy weekend, sometimes I can’t make time at all.

Obviously I would also like credits to roll over for people with annual subscriptions. People already paid for a year in advance, it’s not like you would lose a whole bunch of income by letting them keep the credits they haven’t spent.

I would also like to know what things have cost me in credits, reaching long back than the 10 or so last transactions. There should be a list for the last month, or maybe three.

TLDR, please make credit use a little more transparent. Tell us what they went out for over a longer time period. Tell us when we’re getting more.

And if you happen to like your customers, maybe consider credit roll-over for annual subs.
