Create new chapter button

Can we get a ‘create new chapter’ button at the END of our chapters? As it is now, every time I want to create a subsequent chapter in my outline I have to scroll all the way up past my previous chapters. Then I have to drag the new one all the way to the bottom. This is very time consuming and counterintuitive.
